Shipping & Returns
We only ship our products to the United Kingdom (includes Highlands & Islands). We aim to send out all orders placed before midnight on the next working day (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays). At busy times we might not be able to do this and once your order has been sent you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
UK mainland delivery:
Your order will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days. Delivery is charged as follows:
Orders under £10 – £3.00 delivery
Orders £10 and over – Free delivery
We reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates at any time without prior notice. By purchasing goods from our website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the website and the shipping rates shown at checkout.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and islands:
Delivery charges are the same as UK mainland. Please be aware that delivery might take several days. We reserve the right to use a different courier or postal service for some remote location post codes.
Coffee is a perishable product and since ours is roasted to order we are unable to accept returns on it. However if there is a problem with your order or you are not satisfied with our coffee then please email email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.
In the event you get approved for a refund and need to post an item back you should send it to the address provided by our customer service team. Based on the circumstance you may be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item.
If you are returning an item worth over £25 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
