Expect flavours of fresh apple blossom, bergamot, dried pear, and cooked apricot, balanced by juicy acidity and delicate sweetness.
Grown by Mr. Berhanu Kurse in Gotiti, Gedeo, Ethiopia, this coffee comes from his 12-hectare family farm, where coffee has been the family’s main source of income for generations.
This Grade 1 Banko Gotiti coffee comes from Mr. Berhanu Kurse as part of the Single Farmer Project, created to support Ethiopian producers through farm-traceable coffees.
The project connects individual farmers directly with roasters, ensuring transparent pricing and allowing producers to agree to the final sale price. It aims to build long-term relationships between farmers and roasters while giving greater recognition and value to the people behind each coffee.
