About Eagle Monte Carmelo - Cafe Delas

Coffee farming started in Cerrado Mineiro in the 1970s, led by farmers from Paraná and São Paulo. With soil correction (liming) and irrigation, large-scale cultivation became possible. Now, around 4,500 farmers grow coffee on 210,000 hectares. The region’s dry harvest season helps maintain a consistent drying process, reducing humidity issues. Spanning 55 municipalities, Cerrado Mineiro became Brazil’s first region to earn Denomination of Origin status in 2013.

EAGLE MONTE CARMELO | BRAZIL adding to the subscription!

Really delicious! Packs a punch while delivering a smooth espresso. Using in a Sage machine and is working well on a medium grind. Our new favourite!
