55% Dark Milk Chocolate

 

Crafted from rare Amelonado cocoa beans grown by a trailblazing women’s cooperative in Eastern Congo, this organic dark-milk chocolate is truly exceptional. Its milk comes from Swiss Brown cows raised in small herds on vibrant mountain pastures, and it’s sweetened with raw, unrefined cane sugar. A chocolate bar created in honour of women everywhere.

Packaging is plastic-free. The outer card uses water-based inks, and the inner film is compostable at home or commercially.

ABOUT THE MAKER

Ocelot was founded in 2013 by Matt and Ish, who began making chocolate together in their Edinburgh kitchen.

United by a strong passion for great food, they spent several years cooking throughout Europe before deciding to create a craft chocolate company—an ideal way to combine their love of exceptional flavours with beautiful design (Ish, an Illustration graduate, creates all the artwork).

Over a decade later, Ocelot’s chocolate is produced by a small team in a micro-factory in the heart of Dundee, Scotland, where they remain dedicated to blending world-class ingredients with the finest and most ethical chocolate available.
