Produced by Arnulfo Cueva on his 1-hectare farm, Finca La Tuna, in the community of Dos de Mayo, Jaén, Cajamarca, Peru, this washed Caturra lot undergoes an extended 60-hour cherry fermentation. Arnulfo is a member of the Aromas del Valle co-operative, working alongside other local farmers to produce high-quality coffees in the highlands of Jaén at 2,031 metres above sea level.
