These guys are just round the corner from me, but I bought this online to have it sent to my fellow coffee-loving friend for his birthday. I don't know if I can give you a better review than that!
Strong coffee, robust balanced flavour. Would work very well with milk. A little too dark to have black.
A fantastic espresso blend which is very forgiving if you are new to home espresso. A slightly darker roast - but packed with flavour, including fruity notes. The roaster has done a great job of bringing the best out of these beans.
This is Simba Bru’s house blend so you can go along to the shop to taste it when pulled to perfection. The staff there are brilliant and have answered so many of my questions and recommended me plenty of coffees and techniques. Plus, they’re so welcoming and friendly it’s well worth a visit if you’re in and around Watford.
The entire purchase process, from placing the order online to delivery was absolutely perfect. The quality of the coffee beans is exceptional. Starting my day with a cup of espresso made by Sutton Road brings me a wonderful day.
